This pistol is built small. It is 5.26″ long and weighs 8.8 oz, so it carries easily in a pocket holster or an inside-the-waistband rig. The barrel is 410 stainless steel. The sights are fixed, with a dot on the front and two dots on the rear, so there is nothing to adjust or snag on a draw.
Trigger and safety features
The DB380 Gen4 is double action only. Every pull of the trigger does the same job, which keeps handling simple. It also has a mechanical firing pin block and a steel magazine catch.
This model suits a shooter who wants a lightweight carry pistol in a mild-recoiling caliber. It also works as a backup gun or a small-hand option for the range. Pair it with a pocket or IWB holster made for this frame size, extra magazines, a cleaning kit, and a range bag. Pick a holster that covers the trigger guard fully. Practice with your chosen carry ammunition before you rely on it.
