What makes Colt SBRs different from other AR-15 SBRs?

Colt’s Manufacturing has built M4 Carbines for the US military since 1994 — over 30 years of continuous government contract production. Colt milspec tolerances are the standard against which all other AR-15 manufacturers are measured. If a competitor says their rifle is “milspec,” they mean it meets Colt’s M4 specifications. A Colt is the actual thing.

What is the difference between the LE6921 and the EPR series?

The LE6921 is Colt’s standard Law Enforcement M4 — the same basic platform issued to police departments and military units worldwide. The EPR (Enhanced Patrol Rifle) series adds enhanced features over the base LE6921: match-grade trigger components, enhanced furniture, and refined ergonomics for professional users who demand more than baseline M4 specs.
