The Burris Droptine 3-9×40 is a dependable hunting rifle scope with a Ballistic Plex reticle and 40mm objective lens for superior light gathering and target acquisition.
The Burris Droptine 3-9×40 rifle scope delivers reliable performance for hunters and sport shooters. This versatile scope features a 40mm objective lens that gathers excellent light in low-light conditions. Additionally, the variable 3X to 9X magnification handles most hunting scenarios effectively. The matte black finish resists glare and blends seamlessly with any rifle.
Ballistic Plex Reticle for Practical Hunting
The Ballistic Plex reticle provides multiple aiming points at different distances. First, it helps you compensate for bullet drop without constant adjustment. Moreover, this reticle works at all magnification levels for faster target acquisition. Therefore, you spend less time adjusting and more time hunting.
Durable Construction and Optical Quality
The Droptine features a solid 1-inch main tube—the industry standard for rifle mounting. Furthermore, the multi-coated lens system delivers bright, clear images across the magnification range. This scope maintains zero through tough hunting conditions and heavy recoil. Additionally, it is fully waterproof and fogproof with nitrogen-filled tubes.
Ideal for Deer, Elk, and Medium Game
This Burris scope suits bolt-action rifles and modern sporting rifles alike. The 3X setting works well for close brush hunting. However, the 9X magnification helps with longer-range field and mountain hunts. Moreover, the affordable price makes quality optics accessible to every shooter.
Eye relief measures approximately 3.5 inches, protecting your eye from recoil comfortably. Note that this scope requires separate 1-inch rings and bases for mounting. Burris backs the Droptine with a lifetime warranty against defects and damage.
