AmeriGlo Pro Tritium Sight

Product Description

The AmeriGlo Pro Tritium Sight is a night sight for the S&W M&P Shield, built around a green tritium front with an orange outline. It is made for the standard M&P Shield footprint. It does not fit the M&P Shield EZ, so check which model you own before you order.

The front sight is the part that sets this one apart. The green tritium insert gives you a dot you can find when the room goes dark. The orange outline around it helps your eye pick up the front sight in daylight, too. The rear sight has a square shape with a serrated face. Serrations cut down glare off the rear blade, which keeps the sight picture cleaner.

Who it suits

This sight suits Shield owners who carry the pistol for personal defense and want a better sight picture after sundown. It also makes sense if you are replacing worn or damaged sights and want something easier to see.

Sight swaps go easier with the right tools. A sight pusher or a bench block and a steady vise are common choices, and a gunsmith can handle the install if you prefer. After the swap, a range session helps you confirm point of impact with your carry ammunition. Pair the sights with the holster and light setup you already trust. The part number is SW-443 if you need to match it to your records.
