What it is: the BCM RECCE-11 MCMR in short-barreled-rifle form, built by Bravo Company Manufacturing in Hartland, Wisconsin.
Rifle, not a pistol: this is the SBR configuration with a stock, not the braced RECCE-11 pistol that most reviews and dealer listings cover.
Caliber and barrel: 5.56 NATO / .223 Remington, 11in cold-hammer-forged barrel.
Handguard: BCM MCMR free-float M-LOK rail.
Build: mil-spec forged upper and lower receivers with B5 Systems furniture; ships with one 30-round magazine.
NFA status: since October 9, 2026 ATF no longer requires a Form 4, tax stamp, fingerprints or registration for an SBR — it transfers on a standard Form 4473 with a NICS background check.
Still applies: your state’s law, and taking an SBR across state lines still needs an approved ATF Form 5320.20.

The BCM RECCE-11 SBR in Black is Bravo Company’s 11-inch mil-spec AR-15 SBR in the standard black finish.
