Browning Citori Composite 12 Gauge Shotgun, 28″ Barrel, BLUED

Product Description

Browning Citori Composite is a 12 gauge over-under shotgun with a 28″ barrel and a blued finish. It has 3″ chambers and holds 2 rounds. The front sight is an ivory bead, which keeps the sight picture simple and quick to pick up.

What sets it apart

The stock is a fixed stock with an adjustable comb. That lets you change how the gun meets your cheek without changing the stock itself. Length of pull is 14.75″. Chokes are listed as F, m, ic, which covers full, modified and improved cylinder. Overall length is 45.50″ and weight is 7.38 lbs, so it has some heft to it.

An over-under gives you a single sight plane and a clean break-open layout. That suits a shooter who wants one gun for clay targets and for field use. The 28″ barrel is a common length for both. If you are getting your first over-under, the adjustable comb is a useful place to start learning what fit works for you.

For gear, start with 12 gauge shells that match the 3″ chamber. A shell pouch or vest, ear and eye protection, and a hard or soft case make the basics. A cleaning kit sized for 12 gauge will keep the blued barrels in good shape between trips.
