Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter Long Range Bolt-Action Rifle, 036105227

Product Description

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Western Hunter Long Range is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 7mm Rem Mag. It has a 26″ free-floating barrel with a 1:8″ twist and a matte blue finish. Overall length is 46.75″.

The muzzle is threaded 5/8×24 and comes with a thread protector. The rifle is suppressor ready, so you can add a suppressor or other 5/8×24 muzzle device without changing the barrel. The stock is a Vari-Tech design in OVIX Camo with an adjustable comb, which lets you set cheek height to match your optic. The bolt handle is extended, and the trigger is adjustable. The safety is a tang safety.

Who it suits

This rifle fits hunters who cover open country and want a magnum cartridge with a long barrel. It holds 3+1 rounds and feeds from a detachable rotary magazine. That is plenty for a hunting rifle.

It has no sights, so plan on buying an optic. The receiver is drilled and tapped for mounts. A scope, bases and rings are the first things to add. After that, a bipod, a sling and a suppressor are common choices for a rifle built for long shots. Pick 7mm Rem Mag ammunition that suits the game you hunt.
