Charter Arms Off Duty .38 Spl Revolver, 2″ Barrel, 5-Round

Product Description

The Charter Arms Off Duty is a .38 Spl revolver with a 2″ barrel and a 5-round cylinder. It is a small-frame, double-action-only gun made for carrying close to the body.

The frame is aluminum, and the whole revolver weighs 12 oz. Overall length is 6.75″, so it stays compact in a pocket or inside the waistband. The hammer is concealed, which keeps the outline smooth and gives clothing less to catch on. Because it is double action only, every shot is a long, single pull of the trigger. There is no manual cocking step to think about.

Details that matter

The cylinder uses a 3-point lock-up, and the ejector rod is shrouded. Sights are fixed, so there is nothing to adjust or knock out of place. Grips are compact black rubber, sized to suit a small frame.

This revolver suits someone building a concealed carry setup or looking for a simple backup gun. It also fits a shooter who likes a revolver’s plain operation. A good holster is the first thing to pair with it. Pocket holsters and inside-the-waistband models for small-frame revolvers are the usual choices. Add .38 Spl ammunition for practice and carry, a cleaning kit, and a safe or lockbox for storage at home.
