Christensen Arms Ridgeline FFT .25 Creedmoor Bolt-Action Rifle, 801-060077-00

Product Description

The Christensen Arms Ridgeline FFT is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .25 Creedmoor, built around a 20″ carbon fiber wrapped barrel. The barrel has a 1:7.5″ twist and a stainless finish. The muzzle is threaded 5/8×24, so you can mount a compatible brake or suppressor.

Carbon shows up in several places on this rifle. The stock is a carbon fiber composite in black with gray webbing. The floorplate and the bolt handle are carbon as well. The magazine is a hinged floorplate design that holds 4+1 rounds, so you load from the top and release the floorplate to unload.

Trigger, fit and layout

The trigger is a TriggerTech unit with a 2.5-3.5 lb pull range. The safety has 2 positions. Length of pull is 13.5″ and overall length is 42″, which makes for a compact rifle with a 20″ barrel. The receiver is drilled and tapped for mounting an optic base.

This rifle has no sights, so plan on adding an optic. A scope, a matching base and rings, and a bipod are the usual starting points. A sling and a muzzle device that fits 5/8×24 threads round out a hunting or range setup. It is a fit for hunters and precision shooters who want a .25 Creedmoor bolt gun with a carbon stock and a threaded barrel.
