Product Description

The Christensen Arms Traverse is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 7mm PRC with a 26″ carbon fiber wrapped barrel. The barrel has a 1:9″ twist and a stainless steel finish. The stock is carbon fiber composite, black with gray webbing.

What sets the Traverse apart

This rifle has a match chamber and a match grade adjustable trigger. The ejection port is enlarged, which helps when you cycle the bolt quickly. The muzzle is threaded 5/8×24 and comes with a stainless radial brake. The magazine uses a hinged floorplate and holds 3+1 rounds. The safety is a 2 position design.

Length of pull is 13.5″, and overall length is 48″. That puts it in the range of a full-size long-range rifle. It suits hunters who take longer shots and shooters who want a precision platform in 7mm PRC.

The Traverse has no sights, so you will need an optic. It has a Picatinny base at 0 MOA and a forward mount rail. The receiver is also drilled and tapped. A quality scope, matching rings and a bipod are the usual starting kit. Because the muzzle is threaded 5/8×24, you can swap the brake for another muzzle device with that thread.
