Citadel Boss 12 Gauge Break-Action Shotgun, 18″ Barrel, CITSBS1218

Product Description

The Citadel Boss is a 12 gauge break-action shotgun with an 18″ barrel. It is a side-by-side that holds 2 rounds and chambers 2.5″ shells. You open the action, load one shell per barrel, and close it. There is no magazine and no slide to cycle.

The barrel is Chrome Moly-lined and carries a fixed cylinder choke, so there are no choke tubes to manage. A bead sight sits at the muzzle for quick pointing. The trigger is a single selective design, and an extractor lifts the shells when you break the gun open.

Stock and size

The stock is Turkish walnut with a 14″ length of pull. The finish is black. Overall length is 34.5″, which keeps the gun short and easy to move around in tight spaces, a blind, a truck cab or a closet.

This shotgun fits someone who values a plain mechanical design and a short barrel over high capacity. Pair it with 2.5″ 12 gauge shells, a set of hearing and eye protection, and a case or gun rack that fits a 34.5″ long gun. A shell holder or sidesaddle is a good idea too, since the gun holds only 2 rounds between reloads.
