The Cobratec Knives Kingpin is a fixed blade knife with a 4″ D2 steel blade. The blade is a drop point with a plain edge and a stonewash finish. It is 0.185″ thick and rated at 61 HRC, so it is a solid, stiff piece of steel built for real cutting work.

The Kingpin was designed in collaboration with Zoltan Gero. Jimping on the blade gives your thumb a place to sit when you choke up for detail cuts. The handle is black G-10. Overall length is 8″ and weight is 5.8 oz, which keeps it manageable on a belt all day.

Who it suits

This is a knife for camp chores, field work, and general outdoor carry. The drop point shape handles slicing, feathering wood, and skinning. A plain edge is easy to maintain and easy to sharpen in the field. The adjustable Kydex sheath lets you set how the knife rides.
