Colt’s Manufacturing 1911 CCU Concealed Carry Officers .45 ACP Pistol

Product Description

The Colt’s Manufacturing 1911 CCU Concealed Carry Officers is a compact .45 ACP pistol with a 4.25″ National Match barrel. It is a single-action-only pistol with a manual safety, built for people who carry concealed.

The frame is aluminum and the slide is finished black. The pistol weighs 32 oz, and the frame size is compact. Capacity is 7 rounds. Novak sights sit at the front and rear, so the sight picture is simple and quick to pick up.

Who it suits

This pistol fits a carry permit holder who prefers the single-action trigger and the manual safety of the 1911 layout. It also suits a shooter who wants a .45 ACP in a smaller package than a full-size frame. Anyone who trains with a single-action pistol will find the controls familiar.

Plan on a holster made for this frame and barrel length. Extra 7-round magazines are worth having for range days and for carry. Stock up on .45 ACP ammunition for practice, and pick up a cleaning kit to keep the pistol running. A quality gun belt helps carry the weight comfortably through the day, and a safe or lockbox keeps it secured at home.
