CVA Cascade Rimfire Classic, Bolt Action Rifle, 22LR, 18″ Threaded Barrel, Black, 10 Rounds

Product Description

The CVA Cascade Rimfire Classic is a bolt action .22 LR rifle with an 18″ threaded barrel. It is the rimfire version of CVA’s Cascade line and was designed in Spain. The stock is walnut, and the metalwork has a matte black finish.

The muzzle is threaded 1/2×28, so a suppressor, brake or other thread-on device can go straight on. A two-piece Picatinny rail is already installed, which makes mounting a scope or red dot simple. The rifle feeds from a CVA 10-round rotary magazine. CVA states that the magazine is compatible with standard 10/22 magazines, so you can use magazines you may already own.

Who it suits

This rifle fits the shooter who wants a straightforward bolt-action .22 for the range, the back forty or small-game hunting. The threaded barrel is a good fit if you shoot suppressed or plan to start. Bolt action keeps the rifle simple to run and easy to learn on.

For gear, start with a scope or red dot that suits the rail. Add a suppressor or muzzle device cut for 1/2×28 threads, a sling, a padded case and a few extra magazines. Stock up on .22 LR ammo as well. Different brands and bullet weights can group differently, so test a few to see what your rifle prefers.
