The CVA Cascade VMT is a bolt-action rifle in .25 Creedmoor with a 20″ heavy sporter barrel. The barrel has a 1:7.5″ twist and a 5/8×24 threaded muzzle. CVA lists it as suppressor ready, so you can run a brake or a suppressor without a gunsmith job.
The Cascade VMT is built around adjustment. The stock has an adjustable cheek piece and an adjustable length of pull, so you can set it to fit your frame and your optic height. The Cascade trigger is adjustable too, and the rifle fires from an internal hammer. A 2 position safety is on the action.

This rifle has no sights. It comes with a Picatinny base at 20 MOA, and the receiver is drilled and tapped. Plan on a scope. The 20 MOA base gives extra elevation travel for longer shots. Feed is from a detachable box magazine, with a 10+1 capacity.
The Flat Dark Earth finish and Kryptek Highlander Camo stock suit field use. Overall length is 42″, which keeps it handy in a blind or on a pack-in hunt.
It fits a hunter after deer-sized game or a shooter who wants a mild-recoiling long-range rifle. Good companions are a quality scope, a bipod, a sling, a suppressor with a 5/8×24 mount, and extra magazines. Match the scope rings to the Picatinny base.
