This single-shot rifle features a 20″ threaded stainless steel barrel chambered in the flat-shooting 400 Legend cartridge. Additionally, the Scout Gen 3 combines serious hunting power with exceptional portability for field use.

The take-down design allows you to disassemble the rifle quickly without tools. Furthermore, the barrel and stock separate for compact transport and easy storage. This makes the Scout Gen 3 perfect for hunters who travel frequently or need flexible carrying options.

Performance and Design Features

The stainless steel finish protects against corrosion in harsh hunting conditions. Moreover, the synthetic stock resists weather and rough field handling. The included scope rail mounts optics easily for accurate shooting at extended range.

Additionally, the CVA Scout Gen 3 features an ambidextrous design that works equally well for left and right-handed shooters. The muzzle brake reduces recoil and improves shot control on follow-ups. Therefore, you’ll shoot faster and more accurately on your next hunt.

Who Should Buy the Scout Gen 3?

This rifle suits hunters who value accuracy over rapid fire capacity. The 400 Legend cartridge delivers proven ballistics with less recoil than larger calibers. As a result, it works perfectly for deer, elk, and mid-range game hunting.

The Scout Gen 3 represents CVA’s commitment to modern rifle design and quality. Indeed, thousands of hunters trust this platform for consistent performance season after season. You’ll get professional-grade reliability at an accessible price point.
