The Diamondback Firearms DB15 is a semi-auto rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO with an 18″ barrel. It feeds from a 30-round magazine, so you can shoot a full string without stopping to reload.
The 18″ barrel is the first thing to notice. It gives you a longer sight radius than a short carbine barrel, which some shooters find easier to hold steady on a target. Beyond that, this page lists only the core specs: caliber, action, barrel length and capacity. Check the manufacturer’s documentation for anything else you need before you decide.
Who it suits
This rifle fits shooters who want a semi-auto 5.56 for the range, for practice and for learning rifle fundamentals. 5.56 NATO ammunition is common and easy to find in a wide range of loads. That makes it a practical choice for high-volume training.
Gear that pairs well with it includes a sling, a red dot or a magnified optic, spare 30-round magazines, a padded rifle case and a cleaning kit. Add eye and ear protection and a set of targets, and you have a complete range setup. Before you mount an optic or add accessories, confirm they fit the rifle’s mounting surfaces.
This rifle ships to a local FFL of your choice, where you complete the transfer paperwork.
