The Diamondback Firearms DB15 TALO Limited Edition is a semi-auto rifle in 5.56 NATO with an 18″ 4150 chrome moly barrel. It has a 223 Wylde chamber and a 1:7″ twist. Overall length is 34″.
The finish is what sets this limited edition apart. It wears a Copperhead Cerakote pattern. The furniture is Magpul, with a CTR stock in FDE and a MOE K2 grip. A CMC single stage drop-in trigger handles the break, and a manual safety is on the receiver. The upper has a dust cover and an integral Picatinny optic mount at 0 MOA.
Built to be set up your way
This rifle has no sights, so plan on adding an optic. The mount is already on the receiver. The barrel is threaded 1/2×28 and comes with a DB CNC muzzle brake. You can swap in another device that uses the same thread. The rail is M-LOK, so lights, grips and other M-LOK accessories bolt straight on.
It suits shooters who want a 5.56 rifle with a longer barrel and a distinctive look. It also works for anyone building out an AR with an optic of their choice. One metal AR-style magazine is included, with a capacity of 30+1 rounds. Extra AR magazines, a sling and a rifle case round out the setup.
