The Heckler & Koch VP9A1 K Oe Vtx is a striker-fired, sub-compact 9mm Luger pistol with a 4.09″ barrel. The barrel is cold hammer-forged with polygonal rifling. The frame is polymer, the slide is finished black, and the pistol is made in Germany.
This version is built around a Vortex Defender CCW enclosed optic and uses the RMSc/K optic footprint. The slide is made from Hostile Environment steel. A Picatinny rail sits on the frame, and the sights are blacked out with black serrations. Controls include an ambidextrous slide release and magazine release, so left-handed and right-handed shooters run it the same way.
Who it suits
The sub-compact frame and double-stack magazine make this pistol a fit for concealed carry. It holds 10+1 rounds, and two magazines are included. Interchangeable grip panels let you adjust how it fills your hand.
Pair it with a holster molded for an optic-equipped pistol of this size. Extra 9mm Luger magazines, range ammunition, and a basic cleaning kit round out the setup. If you plan to mount a light on the rail, check holster fit for that combination first.
