Mossberg 590R Pump-Action Shotgun, 18.5″ Barrel

Product Description

The Mossberg 590R is a pump-action shotgun with an 18.5″ barrel and a capacity of 6+1 rounds. It is a manually operated gun. You work the forend to eject each fired shell and chamber the next one.

The 18.5″ barrel keeps the gun on the shorter side for a shotgun. That makes it easier to handle in tight spaces than a longer-barreled field gun. The 6+1 capacity gives you six rounds in the magazine plus one in the chamber.

Who it suits

This shotgun fits people who want a straightforward pump gun for home use, practice, or general range work. A pump action is simple to understand and easy to learn on. It also works with whatever ammunition you load into it, so you choose the shell that fits your purpose.

Plan on a few accessories to go with it. A sling makes carrying easier. A shell carrier keeps spare ammunition within reach. A padded case or a lockable safe handles transport and storage. Eye and ear protection are a must at the range. Western Sport is a licensed FFL/SOT dealer, and this firearm ships to your local FFL for pickup.
