The Pof USA Minuteman is a 5.56 NATO semi-auto pistol with a 10.5″ match grade nitride heat-treat barrel and a 30+1-round capacity. It runs on a direct impingement system with a carbine gas system and an internal hammer firing system. The slide is finished in Patriot Brown Cerakote.
What sets it apart
This pistol has E2 dual extraction and a direct impingement bolt carrier group with a roller cam pin. The trigger is a POF drop-in unit with KNS anti-walk pins. The barrel has a 1:8″ twist, a threaded end and a triple port muzzle. An anti-tilt buffer tube serves as the stock, and the grip is from Mission First Tactical. A manual safety is fitted.
The rail is M-LOK/Picatinny, and the integral Picatinny optic mount is 0 MOA. The pistol has no sights, so you will need to add an optic or a set of sights before heading to the range.
It fits a shooter who likes the AR layout in a short package and wants to set it up their own way. A red dot or a low power scope on the Picatinny mount is the obvious first purchase. Extra polymer AR style magazines are worth having, since one magazine is included. The M-LOK slots take lights, grips and other rail accessories. The threaded barrel accepts muzzle devices, so check that any device you choose fits the barrel before you buy it.
