Radian Weapons Magazine Base Pad Magazine Base Plate, Black

Product Description

Radian Weapons Magazine Base Pad is a black anodized magazine base plate made for the Glock 19 and Glock 23. It is a direct replacement part for the base plate on Glock G19 and G23 OEM magazines. Radian makes it from aircraft grade aluminum.

What it changes at the bottom of the magazine

The pad adds weight to the bottom of the magazine. That extra weight helps an empty magazine drop free when you hit the release. The pad also gives you a larger grip surface than a plain base plate, so your fingers have more to work with.

That grip surface helps on the reload. You can index a spare magazine from a holster or pouch by feel and get it moving sooner. It also gives you something solid to hold if a magazine sticks in the well and needs to be pulled out.

This part suits Glock 19 and 23 owners who run range drills, train with reloads, or just want better control of their magazines. It pairs with Glock 19 and 23 OEM magazines, along with the holsters and magazine pouches you already use to carry spares. Radian’s part number is R0953, which is handy when you are matching parts to a magazine set.
