Both are Sig’s subsonic-optimized 7.62 suppressors. HEXIUM uses hexagonal baffle geometry (more gas volume per unit length) and direct-thread mounting. SLH uses conventional baffle geometry with Clutch-LOK QD mounting. If you want the maximum sound reduction from Sig’s 7.62 lineup and plan to leave the suppressor on one host, HEXIUM DT is the choice. If you need to move the suppressor between hosts quickly, SLH QD is more practical.
