Smith & Wesson M&p 15 Axe 5.56 NATO Semi-Auto Rifle, 14.5″ Barrel

Product Description

The Smith & Wesson M&p 15 Axe is a semi-auto rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO with a 14.5″ barrel. It holds 30+1 rounds and comes in a black anodized finish. Williams folding sights are fitted, so you have iron sights ready to go before you add anything else.

What sets the Axe apart

The short 14.5″ barrel is the main difference from a full-length rifle. It is sold as an SBR with an M-LOK handguard, which gives you slots for mounting lights, grips and other accessories. Because it is an SBR, NFA rules apply to the transfer. Ask your local FFL about the paperwork before you place an order.

This rifle suits shooters who want a handier 5.56 NATO platform for range days, training classes or home-defense planning where a shorter barrel is a plus. Semi-auto operation and a 30+1 capacity keep it simple to run.

Common add-ons include a red dot or other optic, a sling, a weapon light, and extra magazines. A padded rifle case and a supply of 5.56 NATO ammunition round out the setup. Check fit and compatibility on any accessory before you commit to it.
