Templar Small Eagle Tanto S-EG-23-1 Automatic Double Action OTF, 440C

Product Description

The Templar Small Eagle Tanto S-EG-23-1 is an automatic double action OTF knife with a 2.69″ black 440C tanto blade. It belongs to the Gen 2 series and has a plain edge, so the full length of the blade is straight and easy to sharpen.

The blade is 0.15″ thick and rated at 61 HRC. The tanto shape gives you a strong, angled tip, and the black finish keeps the steel looking uniform. The handle is a premium metal alloy. The knife is 7″ long open and 4.31″ closed, and it weighs 4.5 oz, so it stays compact in a pocket or on a belt.

Features that set it apart

This model has a glass break feature and an easy reset. The auto opener fires the blade straight out of the handle and the double action design retracts it the same way. The knife also has a ballistic nylon sheath.

It suits buyers who want a small automatic for daily carry, a truck or range bag, or a tool kit. Good companions include a pocket clip pouch, a small sharpening stone, a microfiber cloth and a light coat of knife lubricant to keep the action smooth. Automatic knife rules differ by state and city, so check your local laws before you order.
