The Winchester Repeating Arms 70 Extreme Weather is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .300 WSM. It has a 24″ fluted barrel with a 1:10″ twist and a matte stainless steel finish. Overall length is 44.25″.

The stock is a Bell and Carlson synthetic, and the receiver sits on an aluminum bedding block. The bolt is jeweled. The trigger is the MOA system, and the safety is a 3 position design. Rounds feed from a hinged floorplate magazine that holds 3+1.
