The Browning Citori White Lightning is a 20 gauge break-action shotgun with a 28″ barrel. It holds 2 rounds and has a 3″ chamber, so it handles the shell lengths a 20 gauge field gun is expected to use. Overall length is 45″.
The barrel is back-bored and blued, with a vent top rib and an ivory bead sight. The gun has a 50/50 point of impact pattern and a Vector Pro forcing cone. The finish is silver nitride, which sets the gun apart from a plain blued receiver.
Stock and chokes
The stock is satin oil Grade III/IV walnut. It gives the gun a traditional look and a warm, non-glossy feel in the hands. Three Midas Ext chokes cover the usual range: Improved Cylinder, Modified and Full. Swap them to match the bird, the target or the distance.
This shotgun suits upland hunters, clay shooters and anyone who wants a classic two-barrel-style field gun in 20 gauge. Pair it with a hard or soft shotgun case, a choke tube wrench, a shell pouch or vest, and a set of ear and eye protection. Pick your shells by the game or clay target you plan to shoot.
