Browning X-Bolt 2 Hell’s Canyon Long Range 6.5 PRC Bolt-Action Rifle, 036036294

Product Description

The Browning X-Bolt 2 Hell’s Canyon Long Range is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 6.5 PRC. It has a 24″ fluted, free-floating barrel with a 1:7″ twist, and the overall length is 44″. The muzzle is threaded 5/8×24, and the rifle is suppressor ready.

This version is built around long-range work. The barrel is fluted and free floating. The action sits in a McMillan Game Scout composite stock, and the metal wears a Smoked Bronze Cerakote finish. The DLX adjustable trigger lets you set the pull to your preference. The safety is a tang safety, and the rifle is drilled and tapped for optic mounts.

Who it suits

This rifle fits hunters who take longer shots at big game and shooters who want a capable 6.5 PRC for steel or paper at distance. It feeds from a detachable box magazine and holds 5+1 rounds, which is plenty for a day in the field.

The rifle has no sights, so plan on adding a scope. Pick rings or a mount that match the drilled and tapped receiver, and choose a scope with enough magnification and turret travel for your range. A bipod and a rear bag help with a steady rest. If you run a suppressor, the 5/8×24 threads take any muzzle device or can with the same thread size. Match your 6.5 PRC ammunition to the 1:7″ twist, since that rate is meant for longer, heavier bullets.
