The Browning XB2 All Purpose is a bolt-action rifle chambered in 7mm PRC with a 20″ heavy contour barrel. It has a blued finish and an OD Green Vari-Tech stock. Overall length is 40.75″, so it stays compact for a rifle in this caliber.
The barrel has a 1:8″ twist rate. The muzzle is threaded 5/8×24 and the rifle is suppressor ready, so you can run a brake or a suppressor that uses that thread. The trigger is adjustable, and the safety is a tang-mounted design.
Built to take an optic
This rifle has no sights. It is drilled and tapped, which means you mount your own scope. Pick bases and rings that match your optic, then add a sling and a bipod if you shoot from the ground. A suppressor with a 5/8×24 mount is the natural pairing for the threaded muzzle.
Feeding comes from a detachable rotary magazine. One magazine is included. Capacity is 5+1 rounds, which is plenty for a day in the field or a session at the range.
The XB2 All Purpose suits hunters who want a short, handy 7mm PRC for stalking or a truck rifle. It also works for shooters building a long-range setup who want the choice of a suppressor. Firearms ship to your local FFL for transfer.
