CVA Cascade SR .308 Win Bolt-Action Rifle, 16.5″ Barrel

Product Description

The CVA Cascade SR is a .308 Win bolt-action rifle with a 16.5″ sporter barrel. The short barrel keeps the overall length at 36.5″, which makes it easy to carry in brush, in a blind, or in and out of a truck.

The muzzle is threaded 5/8×24, and CVA calls the rifle suppressor ready. The barrel has a 1:10″ twist. The Cascade trigger is adjustable, and the firing system uses an internal hammer. The safety is a 2 position design. The magazine holds 4+1 rounds and uses a hinged floorplate.

Stock and optic mounting

The Cascade stock comes in a Realtree Advantac Black pattern over a Graphite Black finish. It has a length of pull feature, so you can set the fit to your frame. The rifle has no sights. The receiver is drilled and tapped, and the optic mount is a Picatinny base with 0 MOA, so a scope is the natural next step.

This rifle suits hunters who want a handy .308 Win for deer-sized game, and range shooters who want a threaded muzzle for a suppressor. Good gear to pair with it includes a scope sized for the Picatinny base, a sling, a bipod, and a suppressor that fits a 5/8×24 thread. Check that any muzzle device matches that thread before you mount it.
