Dan Wesson Vbob .45 ACP Pistol, 5″ Barrel, 8-Round

Product Description

The Dan Wesson Vbob is a .45 ACP pistol with a 5″ barrel and an 8-round magazine. It is a single-action-only pistol, so every shot breaks with the same trigger pull after the first round is chambered. A manual safety is on the gun, and two magazines are included.

The look is part of the appeal. The frame is stainless steel and the slide is black, which gives the pistol a two-tone finish. The grip is G10. It weighs 36.5 oz, so it has some heft to soak up .45 ACP recoil during longer range sessions.

Sights and handling

The front sight is tritium, which helps you pick it up in dim light. The rear sight is a serrated U-notch. The serrations cut glare, and the open notch gives a clear, simple sight picture.

This pistol suits shooters who like the .45 ACP and prefer a single-action trigger with a manual safety. It fits range days, home defense and anyone who wants a stainless-frame pistol with night-ready sights.

For gear, start with a holster made for this pistol, extra .45 ACP magazines and a good supply of range ammunition. A padded range bag, hearing and eye protection and a cleaning kit sized for .45 caliber round out the setup.
