European American Armory 1911 Officer Model Ultimate 9mm Pistol

Product Description

The European American Armory 1911 Officer Model Ultimate is a 9mm semi-auto pistol with a 3.4″ barrel. It uses the Officer frame size, so the whole gun measures 7″ long and weighs 1.6 lbs.

The frame is steel, and EAA calls it a snag free design. The slide wears a matte black finish, and the sights are low profile iron sights. Both choices keep the outline of the pistol clean. A manual safety is built in, which is a familiar feature for anyone used to the 1911 layout.

Who it suits

This pistol fits shooters who like the 1911 style but want a shorter, lighter package. Capacity is 6 rounds, so it is a gun for a steady, deliberate shooter. It also suits someone who prefers 9mm over larger calibers and wants a manual safety on the gun.

For gear, start with a holster made for an Officer-size 1911 frame. Match it to a sturdy belt. Add spare magazines, a cleaning kit, and a range bag. Pick a good 9mm practice ammunition for training and a separate defensive load if you plan to carry. A small gun safe or lock box rounds out the setup.
