Sig Sauer Romeo2 Full Shroud 1 Red/Green Dot

Product Description

Sig Sauer Romeo2 Full Shroud is a 1x red/green dot sight with a 3 MOA dot reticle. It is a no-magnification optic, so you keep a wide field of view and can shoot with both eyes open. The finish is matte black.

The name tells you what sets this one apart. It is the full shroud version of the Romeo2, and the part number is SOR21301. The lenses carry a LensArmor coating, and the optic is parallax free. That means the dot stays on your point of aim even if your eye is not perfectly centered behind the window.

Who it suits

A 3 MOA dot is easy to find and quick to pick up at typical defensive and range distances. This optic fits a shooter who wants a straightforward dot for a home-defense carbine, a range gun, or a shotgun. The red/green type gives you a choice of dot color, which some shooters prefer depending on the light and the background.

Plan on a mount that matches your firearm and the optic’s mounting pattern. Check that fit before you order. A flip-up backup sight set and a magnifier are common companions for a red dot on a carbine. A soft lens cloth helps keep the glass clean after a day at the range.
