TriStar Cypher 28 Gauge Break-Action Shotgun, 28″ Barrel

Product Description

The TriStar Cypher is a 28 gauge break-action shotgun with a 28″ barrel. The barrel is chrome-lined and topped with a vent rib. It holds two rounds and has a 3″ chamber, so it handles the longer 28 gauge shells as well as standard loads.

The details are what set this gun apart. Auto ejectors kick fired shells out when you open the action. A single selective trigger lets you pick which barrel fires first. Red fiber optic sights give you a bright front bead to pick up fast. The stock is deluxe walnut, and the metal wears a silver Cerakote finish. Overall length is 45.5″.

Chokes for different targets

The Cypher is set up for five chokes: SK, IC, Mod, IM and F. That range covers close skeet targets, mid-range clays and longer shots at birds. You can change the pattern without changing the gun.

This shotgun suits shooters who like the 28 gauge and want a break-action design with a few extras built in. It works for a day on the sporting clays course or a walk through upland cover. Good gear to pair with it includes 28 gauge shells in the loads you plan to shoot, a shell pouch or shooting vest, eye and ear protection, and a padded case for transport.
