The Volquartsen Firearms Scorpion PST American Flag Edition is a .22 LR pistol with a 6″ barrel and a 10+1 round capacity. What sets it apart
This pistol is set up for target work. It has a competition bolt, fiber optic adjustable target sights and a manual safety. The barrel is threaded with a 1/2×28 thread pitch, so it accepts muzzle devices cut for that size. An integral Picatinny rail gives you a 0 MOA optic mount without adding a separate base.
It feeds from a single stack magazine, and 2 magazines are included. Weight is 34 oz, which is light enough for long range sessions and steady enough for slow, careful shooting.
This is a good fit for plinkers, steel and paper target shooters, and anyone building a rimfire pistol with a patriotic look. It also works for shooters who want a threaded .22 for muzzle devices they already own.
For gear, start with a red dot optic for the Picatinny rail, extra magazines and a good supply of .22 LR ammo. A range bag, eye protection and ear protection round out a day at the range.
