Winchester Repeating Arms SXR2 Composite .308 Win Semi-Auto Rifle

Product Description

The Winchester Repeating Arms SXR2 Composite is a .308 Win semi-auto rifle with a 21″ free-floating barrel. It runs on a gas piston operating system and feeds from a detachable box magazine. One magazine is included, and capacity is 4+1.

The barrel has a 1:12″ twist rate. Free-floating means the barrel does not touch the stock along its length. The stock is black polymer, and the finish is matte blue. Overall length is 42.25″. Sights are fiber optic and adjustable on one end, fixed on the other, so you can hunt or shoot at the range right away.

Who it fits

This rifle suits hunters who want a quick follow-up shot in a .308 Win. It also works for range shooters who prefer a semi-auto over a bolt gun. A cross bolt safety sits at the trigger guard area, which keeps the control easy to find and work.

The receiver is drilled and tapped, so you can mount an optic if you want more reach than the iron sights give. Sling swivel studs are fitted, which makes adding a sling simple for carrying in the field. Other useful gear includes spare magazines, a padded rifle case, a bipod, and quality .308 Win ammunition for hunting or practice.
