Daniel Defense MK18 Black SBR
You can now use what “THEY” use. The Daniel Defense MK18 features the specific railed forend that the company currently provides to USSOCOM. Furthermore, it includes a 10.3” Cold Hammer Forged Barrel, which is the exact length most commonly used for elite CQB operations.
The MK18 Rail Interface System (RIS II) utilizes a specialized Bolt-Up System. Specifically, USSOCOM rigorously tested this design prior to fielding it in the most demanding environments. Because of this battle-proven history, the MK18 remains the gold standard for compact AR-15 platforms.
For better handling, the rifle includes the independently ambient GRIP-N-RIP Charging Handle. This handle accommodates both left- and right-handed shooters. In addition, it features anti-gas technology that redirects flow away from the operator’s face, making it ideal for suppressed fire.
Finally, this SBR comes equipped with the rugged and comfortable Daniel Defense Buttstock and Pistol Grip for superior ergonomics.

- Gas System: Pinned Low Profile Gas Block. Carbine Length, Direct Impingement.
- Muzzle Device: Daniel Defense Flash Suppressor. 17-4 PH Stainless Steel with Salt Bath Nitride finish.
- Bolt Carrier Group: M16 Profile, MP Tested, Chrome Lined, and Properly Staked Gas Key.
- Handguard: Daniel Defense MK18 RIS II. CNC Machined of 6061-T6 Aluminum.
- Charging Handle: GRIP-N-RIP Body Machined of 7076-T6 Aluminum with anti-gas features.
- Furniture: Glass Filled Polymer with Soft Touch Overmolding for a secure grip.
